5.8/10

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, especially near the Hilton Anatole, but getting to the hotel was a bit tricky due to poor signage. The staff was generally courteous, but some aspects of the hotel need attention, especially the dining options which are pricier than expected.

Rooms
6.0
My room was mostly clean and had decent amenities, although the TV and bathtub felt outdated. The pillows were a bit small, and I was grateful I brought my own.
Service
7.0
The staff was always kind and checked me in quickly, especially when I arrived tired. However, there were moments when staff seemed rushed, which impacted communication.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located in an industrial area, which was a mixed blessing. While it was close to some decent shopping and dining options, the entrance was confusing to navigate.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast prices were a letdown. I found it hard to justify $15 for a hot breakfast when I've had free breakfast at other hotels recently. Options were limited nearby.
Facilities
6.0
The fitness center and outdoor pool were nice amenities, but some areas of the hotel need maintenance and updating, which detracts from the overall experience.

6.0/10

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, especially for those visiting nearby hospitals, but the overall condition of the hotel felt outdated and uncomfortable. The service staff were friendly, but the parking situation was frustrating and unclear, leading to an unexpected ticket. Overall, I would consider other options in the area next time.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, but I noticed traffic noise that made it hard to sleep at night. The musty smell added to the discomfort as well.
Service
5.0
While the front desk staff was friendly, my experience with the parking issue was frustrating. I felt unwelcomed during the check-in process regarding parking registration, which contributed to my dissatisfaction.
Location
6.0
The location was good, providing easy access to areas I needed to visit, but it was quite far from the city center and the surrounding area didn't feel entirely safe, especially at night.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining options not included in my stay, and I was put off by the $15 breakfast fee, which didn't seem worth it. I've had better experiences with free breakfasts at other hotels.
Facilities
5.0
Some facilities were nice, like the expansive lobby where I could relax, but overall, the updates to furniture and amenities felt overdue. The parking lot also raised security concerns for me.

5.0/10

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center had its ups and downs. While the lobby and rooms smelled fresh and were pretty clean, the service really left something to be desired. The parking situation was confusing and ended up costing me more than expected. Overall, it was just average for a Hilton hotel.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, but outdated with a really old TV and small pillows. I had some noise issues from the laundry, which made sleeping a bit hard at times.
Service
5.0
The staff wasn't as friendly as I'd hoped, and the coffee bar was poorly stocked. I felt more like an inconvenience than a guest.
Location
6.0
The location was a bit off the beaten path, which made it tricky to get there. Though it felt safe, it lacked any nearby dining options.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast prices were pretty steep at $15, and it wasn't even complimentary like at some other hotels. The options were standard, but it didn't feel worth the money.
Facilities
5.0
The pool and hot tub were disappointing; they were dirty, and the hot tub required calling the front desk just to turn it on.

6.4/10

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center was overall pleasant, with a comfy room and friendly service being the highlights. The location was convenient for accessing downtown, though the nearby traffic was a bit noisy. I did encounter some issues with cleanliness in the common areas, and the pricing for breakfast felt a bit steep for what was offered.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. Amenities were nice, though I noticed some dust and a weird smell when I first walked in.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience much better. They always greeted me with a smile and were ready to assist when I needed something.
Location
8.0
While not right in the heart of Dallas, the hotel was conveniently near the highway for easy access to downtown and other areas. Just be aware of the traffic noise.
Dining
6.0
I found the breakfast options to be okay, but at $15, it felt a bit expensive for what you get. I wish there were more affordable options available.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel was mostly clean, but some facilities like the pool could use more attention. I did appreciate the welcome drink, though!

5.8/10

My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center had its ups and downs. The room was decent, though I found it quite far from the elevator, which made it inconvenient. The area felt a bit sketchy, and I was hesitant to walk around alone, but the hotel was close enough to some attractions. Unfortunately, I faced significant issues with temperature control in my room, which made my nights uncomfortable due to the heated atmosphere. Overall, I'd likely consider other options next time.

Rooms
5.0
The room was okay, but there was a noticeable lack of temperature control. I woke up in excessively warm conditions, which was a real downside.
Service
5.0
The staff was somewhat friendly and helpful but struggled with maintaining proper service standards. I did appreciate the quick check-in process.
Location
6.0
The location is convenient for accessing local attractions, but the surrounding area didn't feel very safe for walking around alone.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options seemed overpriced, and I was disappointed by the quality of the food I tried during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel's facilities could use some updates. I noticed that the bathroom was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard.
